脑钠肽对糖尿病血管病变预测及诊断的研究进展

  【Abstract】 BNP is mainly secreted by ventricular myocytes, and it plays an important role in the regulation of cardiovascular system. The level of BNP is elevated in heart failure, valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary hypertension, left ventricular hypertrophy and other diseases, therefore it can be used as a marker of most heart disease. More and more studies have found that BNP in diabetic patients plays an important role in prediction and diagnosis of diabetic angiopathy. So clinical monitoring of BNP has important value in the observation and treatment of diabetic angiopathy.

  【摘 要】 脑钠肽主要由心室肌分泌,对心血管系统的稳态调节有重要作用. 脑钠肽在心脏衰竭、心瓣膜病、房颤、肺动脉高压、左心室肥厚等疾病中升高,可作为大部分心脏疾病的标志物. 越来越多的研究发现脑钠肽在糖尿病患者血管病变中具有预测及诊断价值,所以临床工作中,对脑钠肽的监测在糖尿病血管病变的诊断及治疗中有重要的意义.
