  刘小青,中国科学院生物物理所博士,哈佛医学院博士后。曾任哈佛医学院讲师、美国西南医学中心客座教授、美国西南视网膜基金会哈林顿实验室主任及首席科学家,现任同济大学教授并担任国家973干细胞研究重大专项课题组长。迄今为止,在 Nature Genetics, PNAS 等国际权威期刊发表20余篇研究论文,累计被引用率1000多次,申请美国专利、中国专利以及 PCT 国际专利17项,其中8项已经授权。为进一步将研究成果进行转化,在美国麻州成立了 BioWiseTech Co., LTD. 基于整合资源和业务拓展的需求,在中国上海、苏州、深圳、武汉等多个经济枢纽地区成立了分支机构。

  代表性成果

  1)发现弹性蛋白多聚体沉积是弹性纤维维持的一个重要因素,主要依赖于LOXL1,LOXL1可以促进弹性蛋白的沉积,该研究引起Scientific American、 Reuters、Harvard Gazette、HarvardFocus等各种著名国际大众媒体的广泛关注;其研究成果获得了多个美国专利、欧洲专利及国际专利。最近,进一步从上千个药物中筛选出来多个中药及单体化合物能提供体内LOXL1表达量,从而对机体弹性的增强有明显的促进作用。将这些药物做成化妆品、保健品以及药物添加剂,推出一系列国际独家维护机体弹性的防衰抗衰性系列产品,相关成果已经申请中国、美国以及PCT的专利保护。

  2)建立了人成体干细胞的基因表达指纹图谱,发明了一套能快速扩增人骨髓间充质干细胞、人脂肪干细胞以及人脐带血间充质干细胞的体外放大添加物,相关技术申请了中国专利、美国专利以及PCT国际专利的保护。基于这些发现,刘博士研发团队开发了一系列国际独家的达到临床使用标准的人成体干细胞快速扩增无血清培养基。
